class typelist::IndexOf< TTypeList, TType >

Finds the index of a type in a typelist.

Example:

typedef typelist::MakeTypeList<int, char>::Type MyTypeList;
int index = typelist::IndexOf<MyTypeList, int>::Type;

IndexOf<TTypeList, T>::Type returns the position of T in TList, or NullType if T is not found in TList
